About Cinderella
Cinderella is a patient dreamer with a kind heart full of hope and optimism. She can always depend on her many animal friends, in particular the mice Jaq and Gus, to cheer her lonely hours. Even as her cruel stepmother confines her to the attic and forces her to do chores all day, her spirit remains unbroken.
One night, her Fairy Godmother appears and, with a wave of her magic wand, transforms her rags into a beautiful gown and sends her off in a coach to the castle for a royal ball, where she falls in love with Prince Charming.

Aurora is a sweet and gentle princess. She was raised by the three Good Fairies in the woods, where she spent a great deal of her time singing and daydreaming. Her beautiful voice charmed the free-spirited prince Phillip, whom she had met before, once upon a dream. When a curse from the vengeful fairy Maleficent sends her into a deep sleep, only he can wake her with True Love's Kiss.

New and Upcoming Movies
There are 4 Disney Princess movies scheduled for release in the next 3 years. Moana 2, a musical sequel to Moana, will be released in theaters on November 27th 2024. Snow White will receive the live-action treatment in March 2025, followed by Moana in July 2026. Frozen 3 is also slated for release in late 2027.
The Latest Disney Princess
The most recent addition to the Disney Princess lineup is Raya (Raya and the Last Dragon - 2021). In August 2022, the Disney Parks blog announced that Raya was "making her official debut as a Disney Princess". She was finally featured alongside the other 12 on the official Disney Princess website a year later.
The Next Disney Princess
It's unlikely that there will be a new princess anytime soon. There are no known upcoming Disney movies featuring new princess characters.
However, there's an existing character that may yet join the Disney Princess family: Asha (Wish - 2023). Although not a princess, Asha meets the "rules" to qualify as a Disney Princess - having an animal sidekick (a pet goat named Valentino) and a theme song of her own ( This Wish).
