The RoleThis position is for a Maintenance Pipefitter responsible for maintenance and repairs of building piping systems. Candidate should have knowledge of working on repairs of PVC, copper and other piping materials on potable water, grey water and other systems in buildings. Knowledge of hot water heating systems and chill water piping systems is a plus. Knowledge of repairs to plumbing fixtures and replacements.

Up to $2000 Sign On Bonus based on experience

$2000- for qualified candidates with 4 or more years’ experience in building/facilities/municipality type pipefitting.

$500 for qualified candidates that have 1 year-up to 3yrs in building/facilities/municipality type pipefitting.

Must HaveCandidates must able to work at extreme heights or small confined spaces.

Must be able to kneel, squat, crawl, bend, stoop, and climb.

Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Must be able to work assigned shift as production needs.

Nice to HaveHigh school graduate or equivalent preferred

Knowledge of Lock out tag out requirements for system maintenance
