I visited on 4/3/2022 and ordered a Buttery Jack , Cheesburger and Loaded Fries . It was $35 worth of food that was the worst meal I have been served in many years. The Fries in the loaded fries were rock hard smothered in a stale cold cheese sauce . The burger meat was rank and the bun was rock hard. I would like to make a formalComplaint and receive a refund for the meal, but know that will never happen. Please avoid this Jack in the Box at all costs.
Took forever to get my order and didn’t even give me the right food on the first go the latest time I’ve ordered I used the mobile app, thinking it would be faster.At other fast food, restaurants, the mobile orders are priority. Here it seems quite the opposite. It took me 20 minutes to receive my food. And there was hair in it.

On 6/20/24 @12:37am I went to this location and the lady working on drive through was very rude. I understand that working fast food can be frustrating but yelling and being disrespectful through the intercom is crazy. Not only that but when I came time to pay she was also rude about it as well. I really like going to this location but this definitely makes me not want to come back after this morning.
It's nice food, when they get it right.No matter how simple the order, this location is guaranteed to mess something up. It can be anything from the addition of ingredients we asked to exclude to forgetting drinks and entire meals. One of our family members is very sensitive to certain ingredients so it's very annoying that they constantly ignore the clear requests that are given. Plus it's very annoying to be driving off only to find that we were charged for food we weren't given.I'd recommend to avoid this stop if you can, It's a last minute, last resort kind of fast food, not somewhere to buy from if you actually wanna enjoy things.
