I go to this Jack and the Box all the time and its always spotless the bathrooms are always super clean and the service is always super fast the staff are friendly and very nice

Good fast food a reasonable prices in today's high prices world. Drive through only at this timeFavorites are tacos - breakfast jack - egg rolls and jumbo jack combo. Surprisingly good shakes too

I don't really eat fast food at all. But I was so hungry this night. The hot french fries and a tea hit the spot until I got home.👊🏽

As a result, I have been required to make some adjustments in how I conduct my life and get things done.On numerous occasions, I have visited Jack-in-the-Box restaurants prior to 10 p.m., and I have been able to use my debit card in the restaurant, while the food lobby was still open to the public, to make purchases. However,back I went to my neighborhood Jack-in-the-Box located at in California, but since it was “after hours,” the food lobby was closed and not open to the public. One of the changes brought about in my life following the stroke requires that contact someone to transport me to run simple errors. Since I was hungry, it was necessary i had a friend to drive me through the drive through to purchase my food.I was surprised when I presented my card to pay for the order that I could not use my card after certain hours and while using the drive through. Jack in the box staff rudely said " Sorry you have to come inside and its after hours we cant take this" I told them" I CANT WALK." When my drive asked for a manager no one came to speak with us we waited at the window for 15 mins holding up the drive though line waiting for a manager after 20 mins my driver parked the car walked over to the window and asked again for the manager no response 30 mins later my driver was greeted by security my driver explains the story again explaining your sign in the window is misleading "inside" means you take EBT at the restaurant the sign doesn't state "drive through excluded". therefore the sign is misleading.As a result of this policy, I was unable to purchase my food, without having to proceed to an ATM get out the car and hobble to the ATM to acquire cash ( B of A behind Jack in the box has no drive up window) and return to the restaurant to acquire the food. You can imagine the inconvenience for a healthy person, not to mention someone who has suffered the debilitating effects of a stroke. Although I imagine that I could come up with some reasons for such a policy, I think that the inconvenience to customers outweighs any operational benefits or security risks which might be posed to the restaurant and its employees on duty.I strongly urge that this policy be modified in some manner so that the interests of the customers receive greater weight. By investing in a 3.00 phone cord could eliminate a disability discrimination lawsuit . You should take a page from your location at 3940 Redondo Beach Blvd, Torrance, CA 90504 not only do they have a pin pad that reaches the drive up window they are they understand the importance of good customer service.Miss Williams

Be very careful with this one. When paying with my card the drive thru employee asked for my pin number to pay for our food.
